Beasley's History

Welcome to Beasley's Inc.!

In 1957, Jerry Beasley started a small company, Beasley Equipment Company. The business had only one employee and a 1200 sq ft, one room building to start. The company sold and serviced forestry and lawn and garden equipment. Within two years marine products were added, and a move to a larger building was completed.

In 1964, the company obtained a Honda Motorcycle franchise and the company was renamed Beasley Honda. Years later, the company added Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki to the dealership. The company is now located in a modern facility on US 231, and has 19,400 sq ft.

This is truly a family business with Jerry and his two sons, John and Robert (Bob) involved in the management of the dealership. Throughout the years, the company has received numerous awards, including the 2007 Retailer of the Year Silver Award presented by the Alabama Retail Association. Our finance department has received the Council of Excellence Award from American Honda Finance Corp. four years running.
